Unsupported Business Free Desktop Software Still Getting Disapproved Despite Being Whitelisted

Hello Smiley Happy

 

Here is the situation.

 

We sell software and we have filled the required application form to be an authoritative distribution source for desktop software twice https://support.google.com/adwordspolicy/contact/advertise_software_pol 

 

We have received email confirmation that our website was white listed to distribute our software and that we are the authoritative distribution source however we are still getting many ads disapproved for ''unsupported business''.

 

We have contacted support several times via email, chat and phone but we always ended up being told by a representative will tell us the issue is fixed, but then the disapproved ads for ''unsupported business'' continue.

 

How do we solve an issue like that? Is there any way to contact actual policy specialists?

 

This situation is becoming ridiculous as this picture can testify.

You may be in one of those vicious loops - where an ad is disapproved due to conditions with the account. I suspect that whoever is checking the ads simply sees no change in the ad text without checking the account itself. I had the same problem with approval for drug-related ads recently.

I finally just create a brand new ad groups and ads and never had a problem going forward. Suggest you take the same approach.

I doubt that, even new ads get disapproved despite us being confirmed we were authorized.

I modified a couple of disapproved ads and wrote in the ad <Please Verify Account we were authorized as distribution source by email from adwords-support, please approve all ads>.

They are now in review, hopefully a human being will review them and fix this hell of a situation once and for all.

Support isn't even replying to me anymore, and Google must have removed the chat option from my account it was there yesterday, gone today all that\s available is phone support or email which lead nowhere.

Anyways. let's see if that help, thanks for the suggestion.
