Unfair competition in SERPs. Competitors not actually based at address

Hi All,

My campaign is being effected by companies claiming to be based at a fictitious address. They are appearing in organic lists as local to me. It is one thing to claim you are a local company but to advertise an address that is either so vague or nothing to do with your business that it surely goes against Google strict policies. Is there anything I can do to report such ads?
