Unexplained account suspension[ Edited ]

My name is Jeremy and I am from Singapore. My account has been suspended and I have no idea why. Both the first email informing me of my suspension and responses from support all simply say "While reviewing your account, we found violations of our AdWords policies in this or a related account. As a result, your account has unfortunately been suspended, and your ads will no longer run on Google .... Please be aware that we can't process your (support) request unless our Terms and Conditions are met". Also, upon calling Google's Singapore hotline, I am rejected by an automated answering system and told to email AdWords, which I have already done 3 times only to get the above response.
I believe the issue might have been a payment issue, I placed an initial amount of SGD 300 in my account and thereafter my Admob payment setting was automatically set to deduct automatically (from attached credit card) after reaching SGD 100 or more. Somehow a SGD 100 deduction was shown on Admob but not in my bank account transfer history, I immediately manually transferred SGD 200 into my account when I noticed the discrepancy. I did read the instructions on resolving payment issues where they say "send screenshots of your transfer history to prove you made the payment" but the only support form I have access to does not have a field for attaching images!

My earnings so far total about SGD 4 which leads me to think that the payment issue is the main issue.
I am at my wits end on this since there is seemingly no actual way to resolve my genuine issue other than through legal means. I would really appreciate if anyone here has any tips though. Thanks in advance.
Update: Just got an email saying "Our Specialists already know about this issue, and an investigation is underway." Hopefully it works out.
