Undefined error when creating ad: "There are illegal characters in the string"

I'm getting this error when trying to create an ad in AdWords. I can't find the guidelines for legal characters in strings. I removed punctuation such as (& % ™) from the ad and still get the error.

Here is the modified ad:

Learn at home, easy to practice, 7pct of the course fee, great support.

Help, please!

Hi @DavidSpector01

It can be due to below reasons, try removing each one by one/ all and try

- Repetition - 'TM(tm)

- Capitalization - NSR

- Too many special characters - () brackets

I find it hard to believe that the good guidelines you quote actually apply to my ad, or that parentheses are illegal. I will hope that someone more knowledgeable will reply.
