My ad is suspended few days ago. However I don't know which policy I did not comply. I followed the video to check my policy status and it does not say any reason why it is suspended, on the contrary it shows "Approved". Could you please help me to find out why my as is suspended. I am willing to fix any issues that is against a policy but there is no reason posted anywhere. I am stuck, please help!

Thanks,

Your account is suspended for policy violations. You can request an appeal here: https://support.google.com/adwords/contact/pf_suspended Keep in mind you need to addresses the issues that resulted in your account getting suspended.

That is right, it says it is due to policy violations but it should have said which policy in the "policy details" as seen on the screenshot above. Without knowing which policy that my ad is violating, it is impossible for me to fix it. Am I missing something here? I may and that's why I need community's help.

Faika,

I can image a suspended adwords account is very frustrating. If you have an email associated with the adwords account that is triggered to receive emails for critical errors then you should receive an email from Google explaining in greater detail the reason for your policy violation.

You can also choose to contact your google rep by contacting: 1-866-246-6453 and talk with a specialist. Their hours are monday-friday, 9am-8pm EST.

Let me know if that helps!
