If you set up a trademarked brand in Google - do you have to give a full list of "approved" users OR can you identify rogue users of your brand on a one by one basis.
Also restrictions that you put on rogue "advertisers" can this be restricted to by region eg Uk vs US
Google has a complete policy for trade names/ trademark based on local laws in various countries.
The Policy has two separate sections: One for a trade name owner, and a different section for advertisers wish to use a trade name in their campaigns;
