Trademarks - how to get authorised?

Hi there,

We are a dealer for a manufacturing company. Our contract with them grants us license to use their trademark to market their products by proxy. However, adwords is disapproving the ads. Is there a way to get the ads approved?

Thanks in advance,

Chris

Hi Chris,

You will need to get your account authorised to use that trademark. To do so, you will need to get the manufacturing company to fill out and submit this trademark form on your behalf. They will list you as an authorised entity on this form.

Once this is done you will be able to resubmit your ads for review.

Let us know if you have any other questions.
