Trademark issue

Guys,

I am facing some un-avoidable issue with Trademark. Let me clarify myself as much as I can. We work in Web Development and one of our expertise is WordPress. So when we start PPC for WordPress we face Trademark issue in our ad's.

Now, As per google We can not use any Trademark Text, if we follow google here is some problem,

  1. All of our Keywords having "Wordpress" like wordpress developer, wordpress designer
  2. If we get rid of the keyword then we will get penalize in Ad relevancy, as we have no keyword in our Adcopy.

Some instances we also checked in google, i.e. Lots of our competitors using "WordPress" in their Ad title , description ,url every where like Check Here, few guys used it every where total 4 times, so if they get approved then why shouldn't we ?

I am really getting confused Smiley Sad

Waiting for some reply [ Hope positive ]

Regards,

Ayan

Hi there;
Google abides to trademark laws.
WordPress is a trade-name and you cannot use it within the ad text unless granted authorization from the trade name holder;
