Third Party Content in Promoted Vlog

Hi, My family upload daily vlogs, we'd like to promote them through Adwords for Video, One particular short video which seems suitable for advertising features my daughter singing a song from Frozen. (Music can be heard in BG) And the title itself mentions the film. The video is monetised and the copyright holders of the song naturally and rightly so receive any revenue generated. So far all parties are amicably happy

Are we allowed advertise/promote this video if it features third party content? The result would be more revenue for them once the ad is clicked on, we are only looking for additional subscribers not to generate income from this potential campaign...

Thanks in advance.

Hi @Morgan O
The information missing in your question is whether you are the owner of the YouTube channel, and whether you hold the copyrights for the specific video?

Hi

We own the video, its filmed, edited by us and on our channel. Its a daily
vlog. The only content that isnt ours is the song which features as
background noise and is very briefly 1-3 seconds seen on the tv screen.

The owners of the song collect the adsense money which is cool, we don't
care about that because it falls under youtube's guidelines. Just wondering
if we can pay to promote a video that features acknowledged third party
content.
