The WORST Adwords Policy Team Decision Ever

This has been the worst Adwords experience ever.

I make a cell phone blocker - a metal bag stopping signals in/out - (a hardware equivalent of "airplane mode"). It's being treated by the automated system AND by the policy team as a cell phone JAMMER - a powered device that sends out signals to block OTHER people's phones that is illegal in many places. There is literally NO relation between the two, but "it's being considered a cell phone jammer - that's the policy"

AND it's considered a violation of the "products that enable unethical and dishonest behavior" policy.

Using the same "logic", every new phone with airplane mode is "a product that enables unethical and dishonest behavior." And all radio frequency shielding must also be the same, because they can block cell phones from getting signals in/out. And aluminum foil (which can block cell phones) must also never be sold on Google, right? BAN REYNOLDS!

I've called them at least 4-6 times. In this experience, it seems the Adwords customer support is mostly VERY helpful and happy to help - but these policy guys are making my head hurt. The first customer support agent was able to help me fight the stupidity of the policy. I changed the LINK on my ad (not the ad text) because I updated my webpage, and boom! back to square one - only this time, the next customer support agent was unable to make the same changes as the prior agent despite referencing all the cases.

My product seems to be good enough for US military intelligence, but not good enough for Google Adwords Policy. I guess that's what happens when you divorce policies from being made and enforced by the people who actually have to suffer consequences (like lost revenue and unhappy customers) if they make dumb decisions - you get a lot of these brainless answers back and then requests for a "bigger team" to make more dumb decisions that require a bigger team. I'm very curious to see how they can single out my product but not aluminum foil - I'm guessing they won't respond, because it's becoming ridiculously dumb - there's no justification for what's going on.

0/10, Adwords Policy Group!

This is an interesting case since RFI shielding and EMI shielding products are available commercially on the market;
What was said in the suspension email received from google? What did the CS Rep tell you on the phone?

Please copy / paste here the suspension email received from Google;
Do not include any personal info (e.g. Email, CID...)

That was exactly what I was getting at MosheTLV - but it's not getting into people's heads apparently.

On the phone, the customer support agent said the policy team just said "it's policy and it was changed to this last week (as a result of my earlier complaints)" - they didn't give a reason. Assuming everything was relayed correctly, what I think is going on is that somebody is doubling down to avoid having to explain how something this blatantly strange is occurring to higher-ups who aren't being exposed to this issue.

OK; Issue is clear and the section of the Policy in violation is also clear;
I see that this post had already been escalated by   Mini,. So to avoid "intercepting  this case in midair"  let me check with Google; first what's the status.

Much appreciated MosheTLV and Mini - this has just been a very frustrating experience for me...we're talking probably 4-6 hrs on the phone minimum and getting back to square 1.
