Never have we sat on a phone call with a representative who told us that she cannot do anything about the issue that we had with our Google AdWords account, because there is no issue "now".  And then listen to her as she laughs at our concerns and now as we are on hold, the call is disconnected.

Problem: Google AdWords ad is disabled from Dec 09, 2016 - Dec 12, 2016, because of "broken link".

Dec 09, 2016: Our company sends an email; Our company speaks with Live Chat representative and she states that our link is not broken and our ad is up and running.

Dec 10, 2016: Google AdWords ad is still disabled.

Dec 11, 2016: Google AdWords ad is still disabled. Our company sends an email.

Dec 12, 2016: Google AdWords ad is still disabled. Our company calls, because we have had no response to our email. Connecting respresentative verifies that our website is running properly and further verifies by saying keywords from our website.

Solution: Google AdWords representative states that that she cannot do anything about the issue that we had with our Google AdWords account, because there is no issue "now".   And further laughs at our concerns.

Our Webserver's Analytics: website visits per day (verifying that our link was not broken)

Dec 6: 1717

Dec 7: 1655

Dec 8: 1551

Dec 9: 1540

Dec 10: 1307

Dec 11: 1381

Dec 12: 1123

Community question:  What would be your company response in this situation ?

(1) report the issue concerning the customer-service representative --
https://support.google.com/adwords/contact/aw_complaint

(2) use the speech-bubble to help determine and fix any issues with the ad --

potentially post the exact issue being flagged (speech-bubble details)
and any original suspension/disapproval email from google here within
the public-forum so others may offer additional suggestions.

[ minus any personal or private details such as account-numbers or email ]

(3) note that some sites or accounts can been permanently disapproved/suspended.

visits to a website do not effect policy decisions --

broken-sites can also refer to slow websites or

sites that cannot be properly crawled by google

or sites that seem to be incomplete or in some

way offers a poor user experience.

also, check any and all links on the website,

to be certain that all links are working and

any and all business-details and content

on the website meet all google's policies --

including those related to user-experience

and transparency:
