Suspension issue

My Account has been suspended and I cannot seem to find out  what is required by us and what changes need to be made in order to have the suspension lifted.

 

My account manager doesnt seem to know either, what can I do? Please help

Thank you very much for taking the time to comment on my case, which unfortunately hasnt changed!

 

As requested I have copy and pasted some recent emails for your information which I hope helps. I just dont understand why Google cant tell what the problem is so that I can then take immediate effect. I have advertised with them since March and not had any issues. They represent a virtual internet monopoly for advertising in this way and as an existing customer surely they should be prepared to share this information with me and give at least a chance  for me to rectify things.

 

I am a small but honest business and have invested all my savings and more into this project, I am just desperate to find out how I can reverse this situation. Please see emails below

A standard procedure:

  • Copy/ paste the suspension email you received ( Delete all accounts ID and personal info)
  • Share  your web--site URL

Hello,

 

It's unfortunate that your account has been suspended

But you must have received an email from Adwords support explaining what causes the suspension. Adwords does send the repeat emails to the advertiser if they found something in violation again and again and last step for them of course is suspension. You can read more about it in this reference.

Hi

We did have an email previous to this which notified us of dissaproved ads. My PPC agency reacteed to this and made changes to the ads, but the account is still suspended

To be more specific the dissaproved ads were for T-Shirts

  • What changes were made?
  • Is the Agency a certified Google partner?
  • Have they really read the AdWords Policy before starting your campaign, and verified that the site is in compliance with Policy? (Doesn't look to me...)

Hi Moshe

 

Many thanks for replying, but can I please ask that you are a little more specific. I am a total novice (you probably guessed that) and have relied completely on the PPC agency, who are goggle certified and also have some large blue chip companies they work for.

 

I am totally in the dark as what to do next and am very anxious that without Google I have no business.

 

I would be very grateful for your continued assistance as I am well out of my depth with this.
