Suspended for Payment Activity (But It's My Billing Info..)
Long story short. I have a client in the UK that provides entertainment for bachelorette parties. I created some campaigns for him thru my MCC account.
I used my billing info (I reside in the US) and within the same day. The account is suspended for suspicious payment activity, I appealed it.
I can show proof of id and card.
Can someone please explain!!
What is the reason when I have proof of identity?
Does this mean I can no longer create any accounts?

As per the email you have referred in your post, I don't think there's a scope for reinstating the account. The Account review team comes with a permanent suspension only after a thorough review of accounts, other accounts if any, billing profile history of all accounts, and several other key aspects.
Please note that if any of your previous account was ever suspended for any reason (and it remained suspended), it might also have caused the suspension of this account.
I know it's not what you want to hear, but this is what it is. Thank you using AdWords, there's no more possibility for you to use AdWords any more.
