Strange ban

I got banned today right after I paid for my campaigns, now they won't run my campaigns and I won't get a refund.

 

I guess this is how their business works?
Make them pay, then ban them!

 

I didn't received an email or any explanation of the ban. I tried to contact them but no response.

They must have some reason - best to contact them and speak to their advisors : http://www.woolovers.com/information/privacy-and-security.aspx

Hello;
Check you incoming email (the one you use for log in ) for a suspension email.
