Started 1st ad campaign but will not run due to terms violation

Hello and all help neded! I am a new Ad customer who just set up a Ad with the help of a IT friend and was able to  talkwith Mark Greene(Google Ad specialist) and had help from him on creating/improving my Ad. The Ad has not run due to a violation of terms and conditions;however I have read over the terms and conditions and I can not see any violations and would never violate those terms  intentionally. If someone  could identify the problem I will immediately correct the problem....I am afraid I am not "saavy" enough to discover the cause for the (Ad not being approved.l If the problem is within my website then I can correct that..if that is where the problem lies? I am eager to get my Ad up and running and I know Google is the rght place for my Ad

sincerely,

James Green

Hello James;

Have you previously been suspended  by Google from advertising on Adwords?

Hi,

I recognized this site as if I had seen it before.  So I did a little poking around and I need to know something...

Is this your site too?  http://www.destinharborshuttle.com/ it looks an awful lot like http://www.destintaxicabservice.com/ and also http://www.destinationsshuttle.com/ - too much coincidence for me.

Any thoughts on this at all?

Hi,  I am www.destintaxicabservice.com I thought I put that at the top of the thread, I just got this domain and it is the first one I have ever owned. I am not afffiliated with the other ones you mentioned. Is my website is too basic? It is the free one from Godaddy.

Mini,

My apology for using the wrong name,"Mimi" when replying to your answer and the news that you had escalated the Ad issue to the team. I am losing business due to no Ad.. I remain puzzled and more than a bit mystified about the delay?

I am at a loss re: Tom's question and the "too coincidental" comment? I am a retired Federal administrator and have a splendid reputation to maintain,in short--no shenanigans here! I have done those things required and still do not have any Ad running?

If I need to make corrections..then tel me what they might be and how to get my Ad up approved and running?

The Holiday season is here and I would like to be abe to take advantage of the business.

Thanks,

James

Hi James...

I'll explain my comment for you.

We see many different situations here in the Community and if you read enough threads, things sometimes run together. This is exactly what happened with your case for a few of us that had attempted to help a user a few months ago.  If you take a look at this thread you will see the two websites I listed above.  Those two sites and yours are so very similar that to me, you could easily appear to be the same advertiser.  Fortunately for you, I'm not the one making the decisions and I can't see any back end information to determine such a thing, which is why I asked.

Hypothetically speaking, if those sites did happen to have some relation to you, that would be a violation of terms and conditions...can you see at all where I'm coming from here, it's not out of the realm of possibilities and really "too much coincidence for me".

I hope everything works out for you.  Keep us posted on what Google gets back to you with.

-Tom
