It strikes Me that Google responders feel that they are at war with their public.
They do not seem to have an understanding with the freedom of speech, which is a law that all of us should be able to take for granted.
Admittedly the Google approach to Customer Service is not only Mid-Evil in its organization, but also lacking
all of the human qualities that the purpose of law was created for.
To wit, Google has a long way to go to disentangle themselves from the mire of the ideaology, that they have apparently adopted; an ideaology which has its basis in fraud.
