Site violates policy

I have been getting these Ad Disapproval Notice emails for months. Since I first tried running ads. I keep rewording my ad but still get the notices. The Ad is only allowed a small amount of text so I can't really figure out what the problem is. I've searched this forum but all I can find is other people with the same problem. I keep getting an error message when I go to the help area in the Violates Policy message I get when I go to edit the ad. I have links to my Online Store but if the link is the problem then I don't see any point in the Ad. We do Advertising to bring customers to our business whether it is online business or in person.  I will close this account and forget Google Ads if I can't use my link. It almost seems like Google doesn't want small ads placed. I'm sure if I put more money on the Ad I wouldn't have this problem but I'm not putting more money on it until I see that it works.

Hello Wendy,

you are trying to correct something that does not cause your problem. If it says your site violates site policy, then you should look at your landing page and see if it meets Adwords policies: https://support.google.com/adwordspolicy/answer/6008942?visit_id=1-636277717237284152-1326262259&rd=...

Maybe try to add one more column in your AdWords which is called policy details, where you can find the exact problem you should focus on, fix it and start advertisting again. Once you will know for sure, that everything is fine, then just go ahead and request for review of your site here: https://support.google.com/adwords/contact/site_policy

If you need any more help, just let us know.
