Site suspended due to landing page policy

Hello, I've recently started promoting my website using adwords.

I run a payday loans website; its totally compliant with UK laws; I hold a Consumer Credit Licence and am registered under the Data Protection Act.

I ran some test campaigns back in early April, which I paused due to holiday committments. I restarted them for a brief period on my return but paused them again on the 8th. On the 9th, I received 2 warnings, the first at 7:00am saying there was problem with my site, and a second at 7:04 stating we've already told you once, even though both ads were paused.

It turns out that since I ran my first batch of tests Google has implemented further additions to the Finance Policies, which I was totally unaware of. I made some investigations, then made immediate changes to my site landing page (that happens to be the home page). Once that was done I created a new ad. The ad status first displayed "Under Review", then eventually returned "Disapproved", again stating Site Policy.

I sent off an email to the Adwords support team, to ask if there was any further help/advice they could give, and also made a second raft of changes to the site, before requesting a re-review. To date I've heard nothing back - whilst it may only be a couple of days, this is my business and livlihood, I'm doing my utmost to get to the bottom of the issue, and I'm getting no response.

As an Adwords newbie, I not familiar with the steps I can take to contact Google - maybe even speak to someone! Any advice would be very much appreciated. I'm based in the UK.

Thanks

Thanks for your reply.

Overnight I received a new  email.

Hello John,

Thank you for making the changes to your site "MySite.com"I've submitted a review request for your website to our specialists to take their opinion on this issue. Site reviews generally take about 3 business days to complete.

I'll email you again as soon as this review is complete to let you know if your site's okay to advertise with AdWords or if further changes are needed.

For more details about our advertising policies, please see http://support.google.com/adwordspolicy.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Have a good day ahead!

Which is obviously great, but 6 days offline is really bad.
