Site disapproved confusion

Hi, I'm hoping I can get some help. I'm actually the web developer for the owner of this account. He set up his own AdWords account, so I didn't have anything to do with that. He forwarded me emails he was getting from Google about his AdWords being disapproved and gave me access to his account to try and figure it out. Since then, I have spent hours trying to figure this out and the messages he forwards me from Google are too vague to be very useful.

When he was first getting the messages, it mentioned the site was suspended due to malware. I logged into my Google Webmaster Tools account and it said no malware found. I read the documentation that they linked to in their emails and found their diagnostics tool; it also said no malware found. I then contacted my hosting provider, they checked the servers and said everything had been cleaned. They did tell me I had an older version of WordPress. One of the things listed in the documentation concerning malware was outdated software, so I updated all my instances of WordPress. I resubmitted the site for review, but it is still disabled. The last email he forwarded to me said the site was suspended due to site policy, but didn't specifically say malware like before.

As for the AdWords account, I don't want to go changing what he set up. I did notice he had typed in the wrong URL and I did fix that, but it is still disapproved. The URL to the site is www(dot)ohsnapnola(dot)com

If anyone with more knowledge about AdWords could point me in a direction to solving this I would appreciate it. Right now I'm just looking aimlessly and am at a loss for a solution.

Here is a copy of the latest email that was forwarded to me:

hi there;
Does the owner of the site have a history of past suspensions?

Well, I created the site and provide the hosting. I have never been suspended from Google. Only one other site that I created, that I'm aware of, had AdWords and it worked fine.

The guy who owns the AdWords account who I created the site for has never used AdWords before, so he doesn't have a history either.

There should be a sticky thread with situations like this which got solved with the help of the forum so future users can see how many they are and stop complaining about how little assistance they receive. With a showcase of a few hundred cases unsuspended , the image of the "Policy" section on the forum would be much more optimistic.
