Hi there,
Google has taken a stand against fraudulent "tech support" companies in the past two months. Usually for fraudulent business practices, invalid business models (getting users to install malware etc), using trademarks illegally and misrepresenting their company.

I'd do a search of this forum as there are HUNDREDS of similar cases. Without knowing what your URL is, there's nothing we can advise you to do.

I'm sure you can relate. If someone called your tech support company and said "My computer is broken" and NOTHING else, would you be able to fix the problem?
