Site Suspended Immediately, No E-mail Received

Hello, my name is Mary. I applied for the first time for AdWords last night and immediately upon application submission, my site's ad was marked as Site Suspended. I believed that this was temporary and part of the waiting period of one day, so I waited until now (it is already the evening where I live), and have not received any e-mail whatsoever.

 

I looked here and it says that before an ad is approved, it's marked according to its status. Certainly not as Site Suspended:

I have not received any e-mail from AdWords regarding what to do, either:

For reference, my website is http://maryphang.homeseek.com/

For the ad though, I wrote the landing page as below, so I can keep track of who is entering from where:

I am a sales representative for a real estate brokerage, so I do not see any issue with my website. It uses a stock template that the webhost provides. I have already contacted AdWords and I am awaiting a reply. If anyone has any suggestions, please tell me, thank you!! Happy New Years!

Hello there;
Please copy / paste here the suspension email received from Google;
Do not include any personal info (e.g. Email, CID...)

As noted, I have not received any e-mail whatsoever. Hence, I have submitted a contact form to AdWords requesting further assistance.

Please recheck your email (the one used to log into the account). Once an account is suspended, an email notification with a link to the Policy section violated is sent.

Hello Mary,

You can add an additional column in your AdWords account to display the disapproval reason and violation for Site Policy.

1. Click on Ads column
2. Select Columns drop down
3. Customize columns
4. Select Attributes
5. Add Policy Details
6. Save the set of columns

Please follow the instructions thereafter available on the Help Center for Site Policy disapprovals.

One thing that I noticed that might be a problem is that the parent domain (www.homeseek.com) is not a working site. I have had a similar problem in the past where my subdomain was a fully functioning site but the parent domain was not.

You may need to add content to the parent domain and verify that the links are all functioning to make sure that its a fully operational site. If you are not the owner of the parent domain or do not have access to it then I would suggest that you create a separate fully functioning website. Once you have fixed the above issues you can then submit your site for a review and hopefully get it unsuspended.
