Site Suspended (HTTP / HTTPS) Problem

I have a weird problem. please do let me know if there is any information missing. I have a client who has developed his website with another company and came to me for advertising. The company didn't have a sitemap.xml file set-up or a robots.txt file either and we have provided these to them.

Nonetheless. I have created an Ad for the website https://www.bidinstyle.com. and it was immediately declared as "SITE SUSPENDED".

Disapproval reasons:

The website is live as you can see on HTTPS protocol (even if you directly visit the website as http).  and seems to work fine. But when  i dug deeper into it through Webmaster Tools. I realised the following results. (image)

Digging deeper..  My First thought was maybe a 301 Redirect.  While doing a fetch & Render through webmaster tools. I got the following results

For http://bidinstyle.com i got: http/1.1 301 Moved Permanently (image link)
For http://www.bidinstlye.com i got the http/1.1 302 Found (image link)

That being Said, I'm not sure what to look for to "FIX" this website. I have literally never experienced anything like this before.

Hello,

Did you check the policy details by customizing the columns of Ads tab and adding that metric? Let us know which policy is being referred there?

I would also suggest  reading this policy for more insights: https://support.google.com/adwordspolicy/answer/6020954?hl=en

Hi Pankaj1782, thank you for taking your time to answer me. i've already pasted the result of that.

Site suspended Site policy: website can't be advertised
Site policies: Site not working

Thats the policy i can see on the coloumn of Policy Details.

I've read the link you have provided me with, None of them fit to my situation. To add, a phone conversation with google just now has directed me that Google Sees the website as STILL under construction.

Thanks a lot
Hani.

Hi Hani,

I would suggest doing fetch as google for current version of your website. Also make sure that the pages you are advertising doesn't have any 404 or Page not found. Then fill up the form (https://support.google.com/adwords/contact/site_policy) and ask AdWords Team to review your website so that they can check and enable your ads. Also ensure that you are not violating any of the AdWords policies here for the domain being advertised

I have done that already. and google still sees the page as under construction and thats what a personel from google told me over the phone as well. In the first image i uploaded you can see the current status of all website versions.

You can also see the "Fetch & Render" Results from Webmaster Tools. These images are also linked in the first post i have done.

Again, thank you for your time Pankaj. It's much appreciated.

Did you send the screenshots to AdWords Team in the link I mentioned above so that they know Google webmasters is not giving any major issues in the website? Please note that you will have to provide all the facts around this that the website is working fine i.e. with HTTPS.
