Site Suspended/Ads Disapproved

Hey all,

Curious as to why this is happening--or how I can figure out why I am unable to advertise my site. We are an insurance agency ( that solicits quotes online--and the entire adwords campaign has been disapproved. Not sure why this is, as at one point some ads were eligible--and all ads followed their general guidelines.

Anyone have any advice?

Hello AdWords Advertiser,

We wanted to alert you that one or more of your ads or keywords have been disapproved. Unfortunately, we won't be able to show your ads on Google, our search partners, or on Display Network placements until you edit your ads or keywords to make them compliant with our policies.

If this is an error, we want to get your ads back up and running as quickly as possible, and your Google team is here to help. Below you'll find the reason why your ads or keywords have been disapproved. At the end of this email, you'll find a Problem Report that includes details about which ads or keywords have been disapproved and what you can do to fix them (if possible).

Disapproval Reason
Site policy: website can't be advertised: We've determined that your site doesn't comply with our site policies. Because of this, any ads promoting this site have been disapproved.

Hi North Star,
I couldn't get through your conversion process so I can't be 100% sure but from the brief look I had of your site, I can see a lot of "deal breaker" policy violations. User safety policy violations to be more exact.

It's also likely that Google doesn't approve of your business model. If you're collecting user data, then sending them off to the cheapest quote, your site is effectively a bridge page/site and Google doesn't allow those types of sites on AdWords.

I'd contact support using the link above if you want to get a more specific answer on what policies exactly you violated. Bear in mind though, if my assumptions above were correct, you will NEVER be able to advertise this site with AdWords, so changing a few cosmetic details will be futile.
