Site Policy Compliance Issue

I'm guessing something has changed and I missed it. Been running ads no problem. The other day my ad stopped and I got this email. Been reading and comparing sites for days trying to figure out what they want changed.

My site is www.grennierlaw.com

I have a Terms of Use and Privacy Policy statement. I see others in my field and locale who have neither and have no problem running ads.

I've read the Site Policies and even did the Adwords Classes to refresh. I just don't see what it is they feel is wrong. Any ideas?

I tried a regular Adwords ad, and got the same result. Any help is deeply appreciated. I have several emails in to Google and am in limbo.

Thanks, Michael
