Site Not Working violates policy

I got Site Not Working violates policy and i called and said that the site is working (checking out with 2 computers and 2 mobile phone) but they still say that my website isn't working!

Good morning.

 

First, I would suggest that you check your website's code and make certain you haven't included anything that would block the Google or AdWords 'bots from crawling the site.  (That's one common reason for an inaccurate "site not working" message.)

If a site is crawlable from any location (including outside the US) then you might have a business model violation: locksmith is a very sensitive business to promote. Make sure that all claims are accurate.

Yes, i found that i have a robots.txt fetch errors when i checked my webmaster tool

I talked with Adwords specialist and he said it's just a site violation....but you been right anyone can see it but not google!
