I recently upgraded my ads to the expanded text ads and now they are not being approved. The reason, from what I can discover, is that my "site violates policy" because my "site is not working." After sending lots of links back and forth between our web designers and them guessing at possible problems according the Adwords information I've been sending them, the ad is still not being approved. I sent them to

https://support.google.com/adwordspolicy/answer/6368661?hl=en&authuser=1 and

https://support.google.com/adwordspolicy/answer/6021546?authuser=1&hl=en&authuser=1&visit_id=1-63619...

Is there a way to see exactly why the site isn't working? It's frustrating not knowing exactly why the campaign isn't being allowed after running it successfully for months.

Here is the site: https://www.teachatea.com/?route=information/infofaq&info_id=18

Most recently, we tried removing vqmod cache files but that doesn't appear to have solved the problem. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi Allison, if it's okay with you then can you please share your ad copy(ies) as well which link to this landing page.

Your landing page as such is working fine but without looking at the ad copies it will be difficult to suggest anything.

"Site not working means" that the site is not accessible for crawling. The site has to be accessible from all devices and locations.

Allison, the ad copy is fine. There is something wrong with the website, I analyzed but couldn't spot the reason. What you should do now is go to this link - https://support.google.com/adwordspolicy/answer/1704383?authuser=1

In point number 1, you will see a link 'contact us', click on it and fill the form. Google will then help you in understanding which policy is being violated and then you can make the relevant amendments.

I agree with @MosheTLV

It means that the site is not accessible for crawling. The developers should make sure that they don't block google crawlers from accessing the site from robots.txt

From personal experience, it could happen also with an extremely slow site.
