After disapproval of my adverts and auto system email received, I always find this:
'You should have received a separate email that tells you the name of
the policy that was violated, the site that's in violation and a link
that points you to more information about that policy and how to fix
But the reality is I never did receive a 'separate email' for explanation. And all I knew is violate the site policy.
That don't really help on fixing my advert/site...
Did I miss the 'separate email' for some reason?

Try the following;
If it is an ad disapproved; On the ads tab; you should have a Policy column ; with a reference to the Policy clause violated
