Same Issue.. What Is the Deal Now??

Can you please clearly lay out the policies for Technical Support Sites now?

 

We are based in Florida, USA and now our site and account has been suspended. http://www.help-center.us

 

We have a clear pricing structure and refund policy but still it seems every technical support company has been shut down...Can somebody clarify what we are supposed to do to stay in business?

Hello;

You are missing a clear disclaimer of non-affiliation with the bands for which you offer a support for;

You are also lacking clear pricing plans (detailed services included for each plan, and a clear cancellation Policy)

Thanks for your help earlier.

 

After making the corrections you suggested, my site was re-reviewed and approved !

 

Now although my ads no longer say "Site Suspended" I still have the red baner saying my adwords account has been suspended.

 

Any help with this?

As a result, we have suspended your account and will no longer allow your ads to run on Google. Please refrain from opening any new AdWords accounts. We will suspend any newly created accounts upon registration and your account fee will not be refunded.
