Rejected Ads

Hi all,

I need help. I don´t know why some of my ads were rejected (actually after beeing in Google for some days). The reason I got is because the destination does not work, but I checked the URL itself and it works in my explorer and also Iphone, and in the Ad itself, It is actually correct, because if I click in the ad from the Google account, it redirects me to the website. However, I just checked clicking in the ad after the Google search, and I see that there is an error.

I tried to contact Google but I do not find an email directly, not a chat or telephone..., and following their guide to correct mistakes in the ads, I did not manage to correct it. Theoretically, the error starts with 4 or 5, but how can I correct that?

It happends me not with all the ads, but with a certain campaign.

Thanks for your support,

JFB

Hi there;

Check with your webmaster. The site must be accessible from all locations (i.e. countries) and devices.

Hi,

Thanks so much,
I think it actually does, cause the rest of the ads are set up in the same
way. I am not sure whether the pictures inside of the page have something
to do, cause in Analytics I see:

?lightbox=dataItem-iquxeax2

And that might change the URL and cause an error?

If thats not the reason, I also thought that it could be because before the
URL was different, and maybe there is something that redirects the customer
to the old one that that not exist anymore, although I do not think that
this is the problem, because if so, I should see this in analytics.

What do you think?
Thanks

Test the "clean" URL by removing all URL's tags
