specific tracking and time frame details
mainly depend on the type of complaint.
complaints concerning your ad-account are usually tracked by a ticket-number --
typically, a response is sent within three-business-days or so --
not counting weekends, holidays, or similar non-business-days.
complaints about others are mainly considered private/confidential -- typically,
only the specific person who is currently under investigation will be contacted
and could take many weeks to be fully addressed.
The Account Manager emailed me 3 weeks ago, advising me that I will get a credit of $300 to my advertising email account - STILL DO NOT HAVE MY MONEY.
I emailed him again this week to ask where my money is - NO REPLY from him.
