How long is the wait for a response by GOOGLE to a complaint?  is there a way to track the status of a complaint? .

mainly depend on the type of complaint.


complaints concerning your ad-account are usually tracked by a ticket-number --

typically, a response is sent within three-business-days or so --

not counting weekends, holidays, or similar non-business-days.

complaints about others are mainly considered private/confidential -- typically,
only the specific person who is currently under investigation will be contacted

and could take many weeks to be fully addressed.
