Regarding Adwords Policy Issue

I got mail from google adwords team regarding policy issue. One of my domain got expire couple of months before, meanwhile someone took this domain and put their ads as parked domain. Now I have no realtion with this domain and deleted all the campaigns realted that domain. Please let me know anything I have to do apart from this  (It is impossible to get that domain). Help me I am bit upset

The domain (in violation)  must be fixed prior to an appeal. Abandoning the URL does not resolve the issue. You'll have to gain control over the domain and fix it. If you can't do that, you cannot advertise with Google further.
