Hello nabil,

If I am not mistaken, it's your site which has been suspended and not the account, as per your post. Please correct me if I am wrong here.

You can fix a suspended site and always ask Google for the review process. Make sure you edit your website and be in compliance with the advertising policies before you re-submit your site for review.

Just a thought!

Hello again nabil;

Once your site was suspended you cannot re-activate it!

If a balance (money credit) left on your account (NOT a coupon value) - you will get it back.
