please unsuspend my account. i need my account to be active. i dont understand why google suspend my account without reason

Hi Fazwan,

 

If your account is suspended you should have revieved some notification as to why?

 

Did you get an email from Google regarding your Adwords Account?

The link provided for reference is no longer valid, can we have an updated link to help for those of us coming here from searches?  This page is very high up the search results and is useless without the answer.  (Follow link it's broken).

Very sorry about the error with that link! Details regarding Account Suspenion and information on this can be found in the Google Adwords help centre.

 

One page that might be of use can be found below - but once again if you could advise on what email(s)/advice that you recieved from Google regarding your account it would help in trying to get you the best information!

sorry for a long time not active. here i give a copy of my email contain. i recive an email like this only... i still dont understand what is the reason my account is been suspend. i alrdy check all these link but i still did not get reason why my account is been suspended... please help me...

Hi fazwan4life,

 

Ok so firstly always keep your Customer ID number and any other personal details reagrding your Adwords Account private.

 

With the email that you receivd from Google there were some details and links for relevant information regarding the current status of your Account.

 

Perhaps you can call Googles free phone helpine and they will be able to discuss your policy in further detail with you,

I call google helpline so many times already. But my case still not resolve.. They keep sending me the same email. And they also ask me to read the whole policy that i unable to finish read it for the whole years. I also dont understand the policy contain. I need help and guidance to understand it. Im not adwords professional. But i belive someone here can help me.

AdWords account has been suspended

Hi we had our adword up and running no premblem, Google emailed us from then Adwords team, and stated if we moved a phase and and a DOT ?? from our ad , this would improve our ad and would be better for the search term.

 

All we did was log-in changed the ad to different wording and thats it , then came the email  !!!

no one to our knowledge has hacked our server  or account, cant see whats happened  would it be best to call them or email support ??
