I am experiencing the same problem.  I opened an AdWords account in September and was offered the $100 “special”  A few days after I started receiving “Do Not Reply” emails stating that I had violated their terms and conditions.  I have tried every phone number and continue to get the same automated message that leads me to their technical support site online.  NO HELP there.  I send my emails and receive the same reply.

Blah, blah, blah...  3 days later, I get a response stating that it is not a mistake and that because my billing information was not validated, I violated the terms and conditions. 

 

I am just a house-wife trying to get my business up and running.  Why is this so difficult?!?!?!?!

I understand your frustration and disappointment. However, billing /payment issues are account specific. Since we do not have access to the account we cannot help with that.

I will refer your case to a Google specialist.  However keep in mind, that Google does not disclose the reasons for suspension.
