RETURN AND REFUND POLICY--Anyone know about that ?

My new Google Merchant account has been suspended because they don't like return & refund policy . I am using a Shopify generated template, but it was still rejected. Is there a Return & refund policy template that is acceptable to Google ?

Michael,
Simply update your website with a clear link on the home page about the return and refund policy and all the other product pages as well. It should not be hidden or difficult to find. Once updated contact the support team for a review of the account it should be fixed in the next 24 hours alternatively try to re upload the feed once the return policy updated on the website.

As per the policy, "Google Shopping doesn’t allow product listings promoting websites that do not provide users with a clear and conspicuous return and refund policy."
