I got the google notice following.... actually I provide users with a clear return link at the homepage bottom, is anyone can help ? Thanks !

I am having the same issue 2nd April I got a returns policy violation.


I have a returns policy but ended up with a suspension on my merchant account. I contacted Adwords to escalate ii, which they did but still they haven't removed the violation. The agent who is dealing with this issue agrees I have a returns policy, we agreed some obvious changes by making the returns link show in the header on every page. Yet the review team continues to reject saying I don't have a refund policy the same agent has escalated the issue again just have to keep waiting and waiting and waiting!!!


I think there are funny issues going on in the Google merchant centre review team not doing their job properly and unnecessary effecting accounts. I kinda getting the feeling of sabotage is taking place!!!!
