Question about bridging pages

I understand for the most part the policy regarding bridging pages however I need a little clarity.

atm i am creating landing pages on a website. the site is https as it does ask some information that would be considered personal in its consultation forms.

I would like to move these landing pages to an independant site specifically for the purpose of adwords

the site would not be used for any other purpose (would be noindex for googlebot and other search engines in general)
If all the relevant information is on this seperate site.. and its built out with proper information and proper pages.. if i then move  ppl over to the main website via a link to fill in a consult form via https is this then classed as bridging?

Thanks
Whims

As per the Help Center, and your description, your site should be okay as long as the landing page sends users directly to diverse, useful content from there.

Thanks for the prompt reply.

I'm happy to build out the whole site as a site so as all the relevant info is there.

I just need to move them to the main website so as to fill out the consult form via https.

Dont want the added expense of another ssl certificate for a seperate domain

@Whims;

For a "contact us" form you do not need SSL, if you are not executing a   purchase / buying transaction on the page.

Hi MosheTLV the ssl is being used due to the industry and nature of the questions in the consultation form
