Quadruple Ad Serving Violation - I Have submitted Forms Weeks Ago & No Action Taken - What Now??

This competitor has been in violation for months. I have followed all the correct steps of submitting the proper forms, but his ads remain active. He also has 50+ spam google my business listings under these different business names. I have reported those too, but only a few have been taken down. I am beginning to think Google just doesn't care about the small business owner. I am hoping that by posting in this forum that someone will forward my post to someone that will finally take action. Please take a moment to review the below details.

4 Adwords Ads from the same Business

See my Notes below about each website in the above screenshot:

Ad #1 – FastServeaz.com

1) The same web design company designed both websites that are advertising in the #1 and #2 positions.

2) Both websites in the #1 and #2 positions are hosted by Godaddy

Ad #2 – Honestazprocessservers.com

1) The same company designed both websites that are advertising in the #1 and #2 positions. See screenshot below.

2) This website is also hosted by Godaddy, which is the same as Fastserveaz.com….

Ad #3 – www.veteranservers.co

1) This is a very thin website. There are 3 or 4 pages with little to no content. There is even “dummy text” still on the website from the wordpress theme he used. How did this site ever get approved.

2) This website is hosted at Web.com, which is the same place the website in position #4 is hosted.

Ad #4 – http://www.christianprocess.com

1) This is a very thin website too. He just thru up a basic wordpress theme and added a few pictures and a few paragraphs of content.
2) This website is also hosted at web.com, which is the same place the Veteranservers.co is listed.

Checkout all the Google My Business listings he’s created for these websites… Note how the addresses he uses are very similar to the addresses he used for his other business names, which I’ve included below….this also proves that all of these websites are managed by the same business owner.

Please note how the below addresses are similar to the addresses in the above 2 screenshots…

@Tom Z;

Honestly; if this is the format the you have submitted the complaint, it would be hard for the reviewers to track  the violation and to match the "submittals" with the requirements in the protocol
The recommended format is a table which shows the violations, and  explains why the business is to be  considered as the "same business entity"

Thank you MosheTLV,
This is the first Ive heard of this. I've spoken to several adwords specialists and not one of them ever mentioned this. Do you have any further information on this? Or some kind of an example? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

These people clearly have a system in place that is not easily stopped. I honestly don't think it's worth your time even reporting. Fcous on getting a better QS and sales process in place to compete.

Not the answer you want to hear but it's the one that will get the better result. Even if you get a few of these shut down they will be back with more and the process will repeat.

@Jon P;

There is no guideline about the format to submit the complaint This is based on my experience, about presenting the case.
