Products disapproved on Merchant

I have the same problem as there:

https://www.en.adwords-community.com/t5/Ad-Approval-Policy/Products-disapproved-on-Merchant/m-p/3274...

 

I've uploaded 24 products (for test) through XML, but they all became disaproved same time as it uploaded.

No information been supplied why it is disapproved email says all products been uploaded.

 

I asked through "contact us" form. Waiting for their answer.. may be you have any ideas why products can be disapproved same time as it uploaded?

Hi Ilya

Disapproval can sometime be caused by the website over the feed you are uploading. If this is the case, then your items would be disapproved because they are linked to that particular account. Sadly, you will need to wait to get clarification from Google on this matter.

Once you know the reasoning for the disapproval, you could update us here and we could advise if there is anything we can help you with.

If you wish to post a link to your website and or feed, then I could take a look and see if there is anything standing out, however, it may be like finding a needle in a haystack as only Google know the reasoning behind the disapproval.

I've already contacted adwords support by phone, but they don't know what's wrong..

P.S. And please - ask programmers team to add more information about Disapproval reason of the feed or product. Because i saw - this is often question within merchant center.

There was an article actually published a few days ago regarding disapproval, you can find this here.

You will need to contact Google Merchant Center Team for them to look into the disapproval, rather than the team at AdWords. You can do this here - https://support.google.com/merchants/?hl=en#topic=3404818&contact=1&ts=3109468

 

From the screenshots, you a have linked, I can see you do not have descriptions for 10 of your items, as this makes up nearly half your feed, this would result in half of your feed being incorrect and having problems. Descriptions are required for all items and without them they will not be published. Please rectify this and then contact Google. It is best for them to review your account with no errors being present.

Strange but this article about account suspention but not about item disapproval...

I did it already - 2 days ago - but they did not answered...

 

 

What can i do also?

Still no answer from merchan support and no item were published...

Adwords support asked me to delete old account from merchant and create new one - may be it may help - so i did it week ago.

 

I created new account, uploaded products - that time they did not marked as disapproved same time but marked as "modarating" and week after they became disapproved too - without any notice..

 

I asked merchant support for check why products disapproved but neither for the my firts account nor for the current account they did not answered on my request.

 

So may be you can solve that problem? Why that products became disapproved?
