Preview is not available for this ad type

Hi

I have a question regarding some ads that I do not recognize (attached in a screenshot)-

When I try to do a preview I get the message:

"Preview is not available for this ad type"

And when I try to edit I get the message:

"Please contact your Google Customer Service Representative to edit this ad"

Can anyone tell me what kind of ads this is?

Best regards

Emelie

Hi Emelie,

I'm not seeing your screenshot in here, that may be quite helpful.

Hi Emelie,

I can see this is a text ad but is it simply in a search network campaign? Is it dynamic? Can you tell us more about what you're doing, how you created this ad etc...?

Thanks!

Hello

Actually I did not create these ads so I can not tell you what steps where taken.

The same Ad appear in different search campaigns within an account. They all give the same error messages that I described above when trying to edit or preview. All other ads in the account can be edited like normal.

I have paused these ads so it is not really an pressing issue but it would like to know how come these ads are "acting" different than the others.

Best regards
Emelie
