Our AdWords account running flower delivery was suspended

Our AdWords account running flower delivery was suspended about 18 months back, not sure for what reasons but nothing grave I believe, just minor peccadilloes. Now after 18 months we want to start  with new campaign in Gifts for all occasions with domain canadasgiftbaskets.ca/. How can we move on from here, the previous account is still suspended. Filled Google form again at https://support.google.com/adwords/contact/form_r0?hl=en. Any help would be heartily welcomed

I am not sure for what reason your earlier account got suspended.

Do you want to run the ads from the same account?

 

Did you take any steps to adhere to the advertising policies  in terms of your account and your website?

Ok, got the reason now, it was suspended because of my previous Ad agency's scrupulousness, they did not want me to change agency and hence tampered with it. Now how do I take it from here?

Try using the form to complain about the third party agency which tampered with your account.
https://support.google.com/adwords/contact/gap_complaint?hl=en
You can also ask them to revoke the status of your account as it was not your fault.
