Online pharmacy certification - not a pharmacy - a not for profit org!

Hi there,

I work for a not for profit organisation in Australia. We've been advertising via the Google Grants program for a few months, but are finding that our ads are being disapproved because our website and ads include drug terms.

Our organisation focuses on harm prevention in the alcohol and drug space, so it's to be expected that we use drug terms to talk about drug issues.

Despite this, we've been told that we need to get an online pharmacy certificate in order to advertise. We're not a pharmacy. We don't sell anything.

I've been escalating this for a while now to no avail. Does anyone know how I can get some cut through on an exemption to the current policy?

Thanks.

A certification is required. It's hard to get because hardly any agents know how to do it properly.
