New user.. account suspended.. help please

My site policy violition was 'user safety'. Searched my site for a clue, couldn't find what was wrong.Google person who also couldn't see what was wrong. So she took it to a specialist, which obviously I am not. The specialist has tried me in my absense and found me guility. Account suspended. I still have no idea why and have no means of finding out.

My site is a computer repair company. I've been in business 8 years and have wonderful feedback on freeindex.co.uk.

 

I've looked for unsubstantiated claims. I've looked for impossible promises. I'm a nice guy. How can Google treat customers like this?

Here is Google's official reply for tech support suspension:

We take many factors into consideration when assessing User Safety compliance. Our review is extensive and we cover a number of areas to ensure we are reaching an accurate conclusion. In many cases these issues are not fixable, as the fundamentals of the business itself is the primary concern. As always, you can contact support via email or submit a suspension appeal."

Hi! Thanks- I read all that on the help pages. As if a business established 8 years in a real shop would want to "pose harm to users"! I mend computers- I don't sell quack diet aids or cosmetic surgery! I contacted support and asked for help via a live chat. They (Smita L.) looked at the site but couldn't help me and said that they would investigate. I then got a summary judgement saying that my account was suspended without appeal. I only asked for help. The help I get is the same as you quote above- ie. nothing specific, very vague and no willingness to take a personal interest. I'm only trying to use Adwords. I would love someone with experience to have a look at my site and suggest what the issue is! I'm an honest business man, established 8 years with fabulous customer feedback and only want to do what's right. Google's attitude is that of judge and jury. They seem patronising and unable/ unwilling to spend a few dollars helping someone who has promoted their products for years to my customers. Can anyone suggest what I'm supposed to do? Mike

Mike- Just add privacy policy to your website and call google for review again. I dont see any problem for suspending you. You are not remote pc support hence could advertise on goole.

So- you think that if I added a formal privacy policy? Are we talking data protection? That I'm used to and can do easily. I don't sell on the site so no need for transaction protection etc. Thank you, and MosheTLV, for helping!

I looked at your site. For now, don't make any changes. I am escalating the case to Goggle asking to recheck the case.

MosheTLV- thank you! Just to get someone to take a positive action has really made me a bit emotional... Let me know what you think I need to do- but I'm desperate to find out what has caused the issue!
