New Human Form and Contact Policy

Is anyone else having issues with the new New Human Form and Contact Policy limited ads? Our ads with soccer players are being limited because of skin showing above the knee. The new policy limits ads with standard getty images sports photography such as the following photos of multiple sports & organizations.

English Premier League

USA Gymnastics

USA Swim and Dive

Track and Field

Does this seem just a little ridiculous to anyone else? The fact we can't even identity which key sites may opt-out of running ads is the most frustrating aspect.

There is a new Policy in place about explicit nudity. I am not aware of any "above the knee skin exposure" criterion.
Can you provide a reference?

EDITED: our colleague @pankaj1782 provided the reference in this page;

https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/2684542?hl=en

You might be targeting sites in which there are restrictions; (..."these ads won't show on certain Display Network sites if publishers opt out of showing such ads.")

Nate;

We referred the query to Google. Lets wait for Google's reply.

Nate;
Google replied that this is an exciting Policy (not a new one), and there has been no update / change to the Policy.

That is not true. We have NEVER had an issue with our photos of a soccer player until 2 weeks ago.

My assumption is that the ads  had been  checked by a human reviewer and were suspended.  Until this review the ads somehow " "were below the radar". What trigger the review - I have no clue.

This is now a major problem. The New Human Form is causing problems with failing impressions. It appears any ad showing tight clothing or bare skin at top of leg, midriff or shoulder is now approved limited. Our photo shoots with models in jeans or tops showing shoulders are now approved limited. It's just a joke. The help centre staff at Google do not understand the policy and are unable to help.
