My tech support ad has been disapproved

Hello friends,

 

I am a genuine tech support provider and never had done anything wrong to my clients.  However, my ad is being disapproved with unknown to me reasons, and I am not able to find the problem on my site to fix in order to resubmit the ad.  The reasons mentioned are very vague: dangerous product and service and also violation of the Google Ad Policy Guidelines. 

 

Please, help me resolve my issue to do business with you, guys.  Thanks

Google does not allow to promote this business model anymore.

Hi MosheTJV.  So what you are saying is I should forget AdWords?  Please, explain to me, when I wanted to start my campaign, I searched in Google and there I noticed many ads with the topic, promoting appropriate businesses.  I didn't see any concrete point in Google Policies.  Is it possible that you share it here?  It would really help me understand how to do my business.

Also, MosheTLV, even in this forum I saw many people saying that they follow the policies and advertise their tech support business.  If that business model is not supported by Google, then how does some companies are successfully promoting their business?  I wish someone can give me directions, help me with this uncertainty.  I am not a big guy, like Google, I am a small business, doing my small works, but I never deceive my clients, I never do something suspicious, and I am not a scam.

I  respectfully disagree. Search the community about "Tech support" or "IT support" you'll find dozens of discussion about   this business model.

I don't want to counter argue and make a noise here, but I want to understand.

 

For example, here https://goo.gl/77Wyp6 that people give advice to adhere Policies and that things will be ok.  

 

Or here https://goo.gl/pWnFwP Google's answer.  Is it clearly stating any rule about tech support business model?  Indeed, not.  

 

I am new in this area, and unfortunately, I started feeling that some big and strong entities are taking advantage.  This is first time I felt, I wished there be a strong competition to Google.  

 

Yes, obviously, there has been some serious fraud going in tech support, which requested serious actions. I personally, as a client, had encountered such ads bouncing to my face and threatening me that I should pay someone, otherwise I will lose my computer and all the info there.   I understand that it is not fair to customers.  I never did anything like that.

 

But what is happening here is: some companies do continue to run their campaigns, and Google is not commenting why they are successfully running their ads on Google.  While small companies, like mine, has to deal with uncertainty, and who cares?  We are very small for someone to be concerned.

 

But we also ready to pay to Google.

Anyway, very strangely Google asks by email all the time to resubmit, but I am not going to do anything about it.

Look how does this page is on AdWords, for example?  Only one page.  It is exactly the same as my landing page from my website, that I was activating on AdWords.  There are more in the search results page.  And the toll free in the title.  http:// www. webmazik [.] com / Business - Partner.html  or http :// www. quickhelponsite [.] com / services/

Now how would you suggest me fixing at least suspended site?  Ok, unfairly, Google has been disapproving ads, but what about site? There is absolutely no support to small guys, like us.  

 

And other people are on AdWords running ads on tech support.  That is for sure.
