I have been using Google Ads for the past four years to increase our car rental bookings in Cape Town during the winter months. Suddenly my ads have been blocked and I am getting a "Site Suspended" error. I looked at the advertising policy rules and still can't resolve the problem. Using Google Ads is to the success of my business during the off-season in Cape Town. I need urgent help!!

Have you got any emails regarding your account suspension?

I would encourage you to read Why do accounts get suspended.

You can contact to Google AdWords Support group and ask them for suspension and account recovery.

If I am not mistaken here, you are referring to site suspended and not account suspension here. Can you please clarify that?

If its your website which has been suspended, I would suggest you to take immediate measures and make sure your site is in compliance with Adwords Policies.

Once you fix your site, send it to Adwords for review and if found in compliance, your ads should resume soon. Read more about fixing a suspended site below:

Hope that helps!
