My adwords account suspended due to site policy - bridge page

I believe there is a mistake,

when i contact the call center i just keep listening to recording sound, no human, what a crap!

when i email there is no solution too, just tell me to wait for 3 work day, i thing it is automated reply to!

Is there any human support there from adwords Haalloooo?

i already consider to cancel account and get a refund for a quick solution just make a new account very annoying!

AdWords does offer human support. If you've already submitted a support ticket, just hang in there, and they will reply. If they don't reply within the 3-day period, you could then resubmit your support request or contact one of the AdWords employees on here.

In general, when your account is suspended, you're better off waiting to see what Google AdWords reps recommend you do in order to get it reinstated. repeat offenders can at times be tracked and suspended again even if you open a new account. So you're better off heeding the AdWords rep's advise.
