My account was suspended and my organic listing disappeared.

I had to give up trying to get unsuspended Adwords due to inconsistent and arbitrary responses from Googlers, many or most of their recommendations seemed to be over-ridden by the "review team".  Now my multi-year page one-two search results have completely disappeared, proving conclusively that organic search results suffer following a Google account suspension. I'm terrified to contact Adwords support ever again because of rumors of permanent banning in cases where site owners "just don't get it".  I'm at a loss what do to next.  Any help will be appreciated.  Thank you.

Hi Taoslvr,

There is absolutely no correlation between paid search and organic search.  Sure, there could be a coincidence that you suffered an AdWords suspension and some sort of organic ranking loss/penalty at the same time but one is not the cause of the other.  For instance, I would guess that a webmaster guidelines violation in theory could cause something like this as you could be violating AdWords Policies as well as Webmaster Guidelines.

If you've tried to get your AdWords account suspension lifted and was unable to do so, I'm afraid there isn't much more we may be able to help you with here.

The organic side is not what we cover here, you could try the Google Webmaster Forums.

Thank you for your response, but should I try again to get my account unsuspended for "bridge page" violation?  I was suspended for having a link to another website on my landing pages. That site was apparently is guilty of selling services that are "offered for free by the government". I have terminated my relationship with this company.

But when I last contacted Google, they also claimed that the title of my book, "Win the Green Card Lottery" at www.mygreencard.com was a false claim, and could not be used on my website!  This despite the fact that I advertised my book with few problems for almost 9 years (the only problems were intermittent suspensions for "gambling" - which were obviously bogus and were resolved quickly.)

Here was the last response from Google: The reason that this final response has taken so long is that our Policy specialists have re-reviewed your accounts and have determined that the decision to suspend this account is correct and final. Due to the fact that we had a long back and forth with suggestions on ways you could possibly change your site to be compliant with policies, I wanted to pursue every avenue possible to make sure that this decision was correct final. The decision is in fact final, and cannot be overturned.

So I'm at a quandry. Again, any suggestions will be appreciated.

Hi,

"The decision is in fact final, and cannot be overturned."

I would say that the decision is final...not much you can do now.

This is unfortunate because from my experience, suspensions are only about 50% justified, due to errors on the part of Google. And being suspended, especially after making good faith efforts to fix a problem (which in my case was in grey area for sure) is like getting a speeding ticket and then being told you are never able to drive again. Further, Google has no appeal process for decisions made by people who you cannot communicate with directly, who issue summary judgements with ramfications that can destroy your business. I hope people excercise extreme caution with this company because I believe they are, perhaps inadvertently, very very evil.
