My account has been suspended

My account has been suspended after I used adwords for a year Smiley Sad

I don't know the reason. Please help me out. 

I received this e-mail first:

 

"Hello AdWords Advertiser,

Your AdWords account has been suspended because it doesn't comply with our Advertising Policies and our AdWords Terms and Conditions. Please note that this means your account and any related accounts have been suspended, you can't create any new accounts, and your ads will no longer run on Google, our search partners, or on Display Network placements."

 

Then I replied and asked why, reason, etc. and they sent me this e-mail:

 

"Thanks for your email about your account status. 

Our specialists have re-reviewed the account and confirmed that it is in violation of our AdWords policies. Since this decision is final, the account will not be reinstated. Please avoid creating additional AdWords accounts, as they will be subjected to the same suspension."
 
Is there any way I can contact them and try to resolve this, besides e-mailing them?

The Policy team does not provide phone support;

Once you verify that the content of all your videos complies with the Policy (i.e. No misleading, or unreal claims) you can appeal using this form;

i made campaigns for my videos for over a year now. no warnings, no strikes or anything Smiley Sad is there any way for me to fix this?

Hello again @Alain B;

I am afraid that, indeed, your channel does violate the "Misleading or unrealistic promotions" section of the Policy;

(e.g. Psychic is not  an ability/ talent/ skill commonly  recognized  by science, hence, cannot be promoted on Google.)

I am sorry,  we cannot help you reinstate your account.

Is it only because of the psychic video? I can delete that video. I just want to be able to use adwords again. If I delete the video will they reinstate my account?

This is only an example. You need to review and check all videos with "personal advice" which might include content with "unrealistic" advice.

Do you know how can I reach someone from adwords. maybe they can advise me on what to do. I will delete the video if that's the case or the campaign. I called them but they told me to e-mail them on this issue. and it's difficult to get in touch through e-mail. they didn't tell me why my account got suspended.

I fixed all the campaigns and today they e-mailed me saying:

"Thank you for writing in. While reviewing your account, our specialists identified suspicious behavior in the payment activity of this or your other AdWords accounts. To help prevent any unauthorized activity, we suspended your AdWords accounts."

There is nothing suspicious happening in my payment option. I've been paying from my bank account for the past year. I even have my last transaction on 4/20/2015. I don't understand why they find it suspicious Smiley Sad please help me out!!
