My account has been suspended becoz billing info in this

My Adword account was suspended on the first week of May. I am running Tech Support Website and many others website were suspended at that time.  

I am getting a message at the top of Adword account which says "My Account has been suspended due to billing information in this, or a related account could not be verified" . But this is not the actual case. My billing information is correct and there is no issue. I see "Site Suspended" in keyword status field and give me message regarding Landing page violation (Site Policy violation).

 

I searched over community and took help of few friends whose account were suspended and later restored and made some changes to my website accordingly.

 

URL of my website is www.itsremotesupport.com and landing page URL is  www.itsremotesupport.com/yahoo-remote-support/

 

Now as per Adwords Terms and conditions , my website has following things

1. Disclaimer: Every webpage has a disclaimer
2. Contact info: this page has company physical address and google map.
3. Packages info: this page also displays the plan/packages information

4: Terms and Conditions

5. Refund Policy

6. Privacy Policy 

7. Cancellation Policy.

 

I have submitted my website for review using the https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/1704383?hl=en 

 

I got the following automated email :

Subject : Re: [6-4469000001004] Site Policy

Dear Advertiser,

We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing difficulties with your AdWords account.

We’d like to let you know that your account is currently under review and we’re prioritizing this over other issues you may have written to us about. Our Specialists already know about this issue, and an investigation is underway. We periodically review accounts for security purposes and to verify billing information. We'll send you an update after the investigation is complete, typically within three business days.

Once we provide you with an update, please feel free to reply to this email if you have any questions regarding your AdWords account or contact us through http://adwords.google.com/support/aw/bin/request.py

I need help of someone who can tell google to review my website manually. I will keep you posted on this thread. Any help on this matter will be highly appreciated.

I received another email from Google

Hello Pankaj,

 

I can't understand why google bots are unable to notice the changes made in the website.  I have seen few similar cases where google bots disapprove the websites and later a google employee review the websites and approve them. It has happened with lot of people.

 

Worst thing is that account owner can not contact to adword employee if the account is suspended.

In addition to the billing info that has to be sorted out (Pankaj linked the form), please note:

 

  • The pricing plansare NOT clear: be specific. (What service does the use get for the money ? (e.g what is "Performance optimization, Email Client Configuration" - You are using "ambiguous terms" that are misleading!)
  • Your refund Policy is also note clear. (For example: what do you mean by "you were always available for the technicians when they were troubleshooting.".. Avoid legal term e.g."pro rata"...)
  • The disclaimer is "hidden" at the bottom of the page...in small print...- make it noticeable.

 

Overall, in my view- your site gives an impression of an untrustworthy service...This is not what Google is aiming for users.

 

I would suggest to, first, fix the site
